How do I send cremation ashes to you?Once your order has been placed you will be sent an information pack. This will include a small container in which to place a small amount of cremation ash and details of how to return this to us.

How much ash do I need to provide?Our jewellery pieces contain just a small amount of cremation ash. You will need to provide no more a small teaspoon in the container provided. Please be assured that all unused ash will be returned to you with your finished jewellery pieces.

What happens to unused cremation ash?Please be assured that we treat your cremation ash with the utmost care and respect. Any unused ash will be returned to you with your finished jewellery pieces.

How long will it take to make my jewellery?Turnaround times are approximately two weeks from receipt of your cremation ashes. Lead times can vary during busy times, so please do let us know if you need your finished pieces by a specific date.

How do I know that my jewellery contains the cremation ash that I have provided?We only work on one piece at any time. Your ashes will be kept in their original container throughout the process and will be returned to you with your finished pieces.

Do prices include postage?All prices include postage of an information pack (which includes a container in which to place your cremation ashes) and postage of your finished pieces, including any unused cremation ash, which will be sent using a tracked and insured service. You will need to send cremation ashes to us at your own cost and choice of delivery service. We recommend using tracked delivery.
